How is the program structured?

The program has periods of instruction as well as periods of practice that include sitting meditations, lying down meditations, and mindful walking.

Are most of the practices guided?

Yes, the meditations and practices will be guided by your instructor. You will also receive audio recordings to guide your home practice.

What if sitting on a is too difficult or painful for me?

Participants are encouraged to practice meditation in a position that works best for them, whether sitting in a chair, lying down on the floor, or standing.

What do I need to bring to the program?

Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Bring a blanket, a small pillow or meditation cushion, a yoga mat, and a journal or notebook for notes and reflections.

Can I miss any part of the program?

No. It is important to attend all the sessions as they are sequenced and build upon each other.
